Application context
This project of home automation has been successfully carried out by our partners in Russia - Elspace company (www.elspace.spb.ru) The automation system was integrated to 4-room apartment located in Saint Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia. The customer wanted to get a modern, multifunctional home automation system at a reasonable price.
Ekinex solutions
That’s why the integrator chose ekinex equipment for this project. The system fully implemented on KNX equipment provides the owners of the flat with monitoring and control over all systems installed in the apartment.
It controls:
- a) Lighting (scenarios for different time of the day; switching on/off all the light in the flat; distant control of the light in different rooms; movement and presence sensors)
- b) Blinds
- c) Temperature and humidity
- d) Conditioning (time controlled)
- e) Floor heating
All the functions are controlled from iPad
As for wall-mount devices, the integrator selected ekinex pushbuttons and displays of 71 and FF series. These devises made in technological design perfectly complemented a modern interior of the flat. All integrated wall-mount devices are in Fire White color that corresponds the customer’s desire to have a gentle, monochrome interior.
