Forest Villa

Application context

In this stunning villa nestled in the woods, technology blends seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment. Smart automation controls the lighting and climate control, allowing residents to fully enjoy the tranquillity of this location on the outskirts of Warsaw. The priority for this project was maximum simplicity, replacing wall-mounted control panels with intuitive and minimalist solutions. Thanks to the integration of all functions, managing such a vast space becomes almost imperceptible and entirely effortless.

Client requirements

The clients were seeking peace, harmony and a space that would foster deep relaxation within their home. The priority was simple and reliable domestic functionality, supported by minimalist and elegant devices that would not detract from the carefully designed interiors. A key role was assigned to the almost invisible DALI technical lighting, which discreetly creates the right atmosphere and highlights the architecture.

The choice of Ekinex’s FF Series proved to be perfect, blending harmoniously with the project’s philosophy. Its minimalist, geometric design and high-quality materials transform the wall-mounted controls into discreet decorative features, rather than technological intrusions. The colour palette was tailor-made to the designers’ vision, creating a look that is consistent with the natural tones of the surrounding woodland landscape.

With carefully selected shades, the Ekinex devices blend seamlessly with the textures of the walls, preserving the aesthetic balance of the interiors. Thanks to this meticulous attention to detail, every element of the KNX system harmonises with the wood and stone surfaces, highlighting the villa’s luxurious yet rustic character.
