Casa P

Application context

Immersed in an idyllic setting, this splendid villa offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the majestic surrounding mountains, creating an atmosphere of serenity and natural beauty.

The project involved the renovation of a lake-view residence from the 1960s: the prefabricated building was transformed into a traditional brick house with a distinctly Mediterranean character.

Simple white, wood, stone and clear, organic shapes dominate the interior, blending harmoniously with the surroundings thanks to the large panoramic windows.

The basement is almost invisible, as the house blends in with the steep slope of the land. The garden design, vegetation, covered terrace and pergolas emphasise the southern atmosphere of the property.

Client's requirements

The owners wanted to be able to supervise the building's rooms in order to be able to control the temperature (cooling and air conditioning) and relative humidity anywhere and at any time.

They also wanted to be able to remotely control the thermal and electrical consumption of the swimming pool's heating plant.

Ekinex solutions

Delégo allows you to configure the most suitable graphic component (widget) for the supervision of the building rooms in cooling/air-conditioning mode, depending on the terminals adopted.

  1. The radiant floor panel is controlled in combination with a fan-coil for sensible heat integration, in manual/automatic operation. The fan-coil control can be inhibited in the heating conduction mode.
  2. In rooms where dehumidifiers are installed, delégo displays a dedicated widget for relative humidity control; operation can be independent or dependent on room temperature control and scheduled on an hourly basis
  3. In rooms where vapour expansion terminals (splits) are installed, operation modes (heat, cool, ventilation and dehumidification), manual/automatic operation, terminal fin position and swing can be easily controlled
  • Radiant panel climate widget with fan-coil
  • Relative humidity control climate widget
  • Split control climate widget
Controlling a swimming pool heating plant with Delégo

Delégo lends itself not only to the control of lighting, climate and room motorisation, but also to the control of complex technological systems, such as a swimming pool heating plant.

In fact, it is possible to exploit the prerogatives of the graphic maps to insert technical diagrams of the systems as a background, on top of which the monitoring and control of different types of equipment can be placed.

The graphic functions are active in the display on PC or Mac and on the 10-15" Delégo Panel graphic panels; the data set is automatically scaled in tabular form on mobile devices and 5-8" graphic panels. Access and modification of parameters can be password-protected or profiled according to different types of access: user, expert user or maintainer

  • Technological tabular pages widget 1
  • Technological tabular pages widget 2

Thermal (both heating and cooling) and electrical consumption are constantly monitored and historicised on the Delégo server.

The user can easily consult the data via historical graphs on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

Convenient consumption trend indicators are also available (green band: in line with previous consumption; red band: higher consumption; green band: lower consumption) or pie charts that can also be customised from mobile devices to assess, for example, the incidence of pool heating consumption in relation to total consumption.

  • Consumption monitor widget: qualitative consumption indicator
  • Consumption monitor widget: historical graphs
  • Consumption monitor widget: pie chart comparison
