Application context
The project represents the outcome of a renovation of a house built in the 1970s, completely transforming it into a modern residential villa. The project involved both architectural and plant engineering aspects, with the aim of meeting contemporary living requirements. The house has been redesigned in every detail to ensure maximum comfort, through advanced technological solutions, high-quality materials and careful design of the interior and exterior spaces. The end result is an elegant and functional environment that offers optimal living comfort, where aesthetics, energy efficiency and comfort blend harmoniously.
Client's requirements
The owner was looking for a solution that would satisfy her desires: sustainability, use of natural materials, maximum quality, quiet and undisturbed lighting, as well as perfect integration with a heat pump system. The result is a smart, responsive home that recognises when someone is present and adapts efficiently to their needs. A home that not only regulates the temperature by heating or cooling the rooms, but also controls the curtains and blinds according to the light and time of day. A villa capable of protecting privacy, deterring unwanted guests and simulating presence when you are away.
Ekinex solutions
To create a harmonious and striking style, Ekinex FF series wall-mounted solutions in the 'NF version with thermostat in White Malé Fenix were chosen. For the homeowner, working with Fenix material was an advantage thanks to its unique quality characteristics. The integrated thermostat adds minimalism to the home, as there is no need to install additional separate thermostats. The Delégo control panels are connected to Control4.
