Guidelines for cleaning Ekinex finishes
Our products, available in different materials and finishes, are made using careful craftsmanship processes that allow us to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of our customers, while ensuring a high level of quality.
Although our laboratories have conducted numerous tests to verify the resistance of the finishes even to the most aggressive detergents, we strongly advise against their use. The use of chemical products can compromise the quality and durability of the surfaces.
To offer the best possible support, we have dedicated a specific page of our website to the cleaning and maintenance of our products: an informative space designed to guide customers in the correct daily care of our products and to suggest the ideal solutions for keeping them in perfect condition.
Fenix NTM® & Technopolymer finishes
For Fenix NTM® and Technopolymer surfaces, we have developed a dedicated cleaning kit, supplied together with our StyleCase.
The kit includes a white sponge designed to remove any marks or surface residues.
For correct use:
- lightly dampen the sponge with water only (as shown in the video)
- use the sponge gently, avoiding using it for more than 4 times, as it is slightly abrasive
- DO NOT use on rockers, frames and customised plates with screen printing (symbols and text).
Metallic finishes
For all metal finishes, we recommend using a microfibre cloth designed to remove marks or stains without the use of detergents.
For more stubborn stains, you can slightly dampen the cloth with clean water.
