Dimore Festival Piacenza 2019

From May 17th to 19th the festival ”Dimore: abitare la città digitale” takes place in Piacenza.

The festival, now in its second edition, is dedicated to Architecture and the role of the designer to the creation of spaces suitable for urban living today where technologies and applications transform cities and human relationships.

How does space change under the influence of new technologies and with the rise of new lifestyles? In which and how many ways does the city live today?

Dimore Festival, organized by the Order of Architects of Piacenza, wants to discover what the role of the architect can be in all this. In addition to the possibility of visiting the exhibition spaces at the premises of the former Macello (Stradone Farnese 126), during the three days of the festival there will be numerous meetings and networking opportunities with architects and renowned designers on the themes of sustainable mobility, smarticities and digital manufacturing.
