Simplified configuration and maintenance

Thanks to the web interface, the system can be programmed via a normal browser, and thanks to the import tool for project ETS files, all group addresses used can be quickly integrated. The system also supports incremental system upgrades via subsequent imports. The graphics of the widgets adapt automatically according to the KNX communication objects connected in the project.

Remote connection of the Delégo server can be done either by port forwarding or by connection to the free Ekinex cloud. Maintenance and support can thus be carried out quickly and with reduced running costs.

Delégo App for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets):

• Secure access to the Delégo server via direct connection (by opening ports on the home router) or via the Ekinex cloud
• Multi-installation management: the app can access multiple installations, each configured with its own Delégo server
• Multi-user management: possibility of accessing information with differentiated access profiles for different types of users

Safety, local and remote management

The Delégo app and the server installed in the building's network share information for the monitoring and control of the automation system via the public Internet. Communication between the clients accessing the Delégo and the server takes place securely via an encrypted connection in accordance to the latest security standards.

Insight for system integrators

1. Communication between the clients and the server takes place on HTTPS technology protected with TLS/SSL certificates.
2. User authentication is ensured by a password that must be kept secret and set as securely as possible, avoiding any predefined or easily replicable passwords.
3. Cloud-to-cloud communication between Ekinex and Amazon and Google voice support services takes place securely according to standards set by the respective services; the Delégo server does not communicate directly with the voice assistants installed in the site. For security reasons, commands from security devices via voice, such as opening doors, gates and similar devices, should be avoided.
