What cannot be measured cannot be improved: Ekinex supports energy efficiency in buildings with its smart metering solution. The Ekinex KNX three-phase secondary electricity meter is a device for measuring active and reactive electricity with bidirectional counting for imported and exported energy, current, voltage, active and reactive power, power factor and other electrical parameters. The 3 available measurement circuits are for connection via external current transformers (CTs) and can also be used as independent single-phase circuits.
The device is equipped with an integrated communication module for the KNX bus. The meter provides electrical parameters on the KNX bus, has total/partial counters, comparators and other logic functions, and can be configured via ETS for integration into the energy management system with functions such as load control or threshold monitoring. The device is designed for mounting on a DIN rail in accordance with EN 60715 inside electrical panels and cabinets.
The supply includes a terminal for connection to the KNX bus line. To be completed with EK-MST-…A current transformers, ordered separately.
