The EK-GD2-DL-2-L-01 device is a 2-channel, ultra-low voltage 12, 24 and 48 Vdc PWM dimmer for LED strips and single-colour, Tunable White or DimToWarm PWM dimmable LED loads. The dimmer can be controlled via DALI1 or DALI2 bus, or push-button control (N/O - normally open) at mains voltage or 12/24/48 Vdc. The device's operating modes can be selected via onboard dip switches. If the input type is changed, the power supply must be removed and then restored. The dimmer is also equipped with an LED indicator to show that the power supply is correct. The dimmer must be powered according to the polarity indicated in the diagrams in this technical data sheet, using the DC IN (+ and -) terminals. If the power supply polarity is reversed, the device will not be damaged. The LED load must be connected using the OUT1 and OUT2 terminals (L+ and L-).
The graph shows the phenomenon of flickering as a function of frequency, measured across the entire dimming range. The results show the low-risk zone (yellow) and the zone with no observable effect (green). Defined by IEEE 1789-20156.
